Paypal is fantastic, but it isn’t extclay banking. The debit card eligibility requires at least a Premier account (they are business accounts) and you have to have an account for 60 days.

Guys please be aware, they need you to pay $2 just to verify your payment processor account, that's just for security issue, cuz if someone could steal your Nano4x account they wont be able to withdraw the money on it to another LR account than the one you made deposit from before.. get it?
the Nano4x is a scam company..i already make profit and want to withdraw but they reject my withdraw and take the money..i advice here don't play with Nano4x..it a scammer..
